We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm term time only, and offer morning, afternoon or all day sessions
Little Apples Pre-School have places for up to 30 children per session led by experienced staff who are qualified or currently training for an early years qualification
Welcome
Hi! I’m Fran and I’m so excited to be joining the wonderful Little Apples team as Manager in September 2021.
We are a term-time only setting, open Monday – Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm, and cater for children who are 2-4 years of age.
The team here at Little Apples have many combined years of experience, and are dedicated practitioners who strive to ensure every child has the best possible start to their early educational journey.
We follow a truly child-led approach – our planning is done ‘In The Moment’; capturing children’s interests and extending their knowledge, fostering a love of learning.
We are passionate about inspiring awe and wonder in children, and allowing them time to be curious, to discover, to express their ideas, to get messy, to solve problems and to immerse themselves in exploring
the exciting opportunities we offer.
As well as the important business of play, we are committed to promoting our children’s emotional well- being, supporting them to develop skills of resilience, self-regulation and empathy and building confidence to overcome challenges.
We are lucky to have a secure and spacious playroom, complete with a cosy chill out area, and a
fabulous outside space where the possibilities are endless!

September 2025 registrations are OPEN!!
Due to extremely high demand, we are now registering children for places in September 2025, and January 2026.

Important….
Do you have a child turning 2 over the next year? Do you think you will be eligible for 2 year old Nursery Education Grant funding (offered if you are in receipt of certain benefits)
If so, and you might like a place at our Pre-school, do not wait for a ‘golden ticket’ please get in touch NOW. Places may not be available by the time you are awarded your code (usually when your child is approximately 18 months old), This is due to the implementation of the 2 year old Working Parents Entitlement, and the increased demand for places!
